About Tabatha

Therapy can feel intimidating. But so can white-knuckling your way through another week. If anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or major life changes overwhelm you, remember you don't have to face it alone. I provide a caring, supportive environment where you can feel understood, find clarity, and work towards meaningful progress. I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping women and couples through pregnancy-related experiences, thanks to years managing a pregnancy and community health clinic. Also, as a Christian therapist with a background in ministry and church leadership, I offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who want their relationship with God, faith, and spiritual values to be part of their healing, while also making space for questions, doubts, and struggles. Together, we'll question anxious thoughts, prioritize self-care, & accept uncertainty. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more like yourself, with tools that make everyday life feel lighter. You don't have to have it all figured out. I'm here to help you take the next step.

Approaches · Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

How does cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) work, and what do sessions look like?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. During sessions, we will identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge anxious or negative thoughts, and develop practical strategies to respond to difficult situations in healthier ways. My approach is collaborative and supportive, allowing you to work at your own pace while building skills to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, prioritize self-care, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Specialties · Depression

What's your approach to depression, and what does progress look like for clients?

My approach to depression is compassionate, supportive, and focused on helping you better understand your emotions, recognize unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we work on prioritizing self-care, building emotional resilience, and finding meaningful ways to navigate everyday challenges. When desired, I also incorporate Christian faith and spiritual values into the healing process. Progress may look like improved mood, increased motivation, greater self-confidence, healthier relationships, and feeling more connected to yourself and your daily life.
