Tammy Law

Hi! My name is Tammy, and I am an LCSW who earned my degree from Northwest Nazarene University and licensed in Oregon and Idaho. My undergraduate degrees are from Boise State University in Psychology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Addiction Studies. My experience includes addiction, anxiety, depression, and advocating for people in the criminal justice system. I have worked in the substance abuse field for many years working with the specialty courts and enjoy seeing people achieve their full potential during and after learning to manage their addiction. I utilize motivational interviewing, somatic (body) solution-focused, and person-centered therapeutic interventions. I also utilize EMDR therapy as a unique and powerful way to deal with a variety of client issues. I am trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy aiding me in working with individuals and couples through rough spots in their relationships. I currently work with adolescents and adults. I am excited to meet you and get to know about you and the struggles you face. Nobody should have to walk a journey alone and I am there to walk with you.
