CBT helps you find patterns in your thinking and behaviors that lead to feelings of anxiety. By understanding this pattern allows you to respond to future situations in a healthy way! Decreasing the amount of time with anxiety symptoms. 
How can you provide care remotely?
I find that holding sessions over the phone allows my clients the flexibility needed in their life. Phone sessions help when driving between work or school, while taking care of other task, or allow you to be in a comfortable safe space without the need of Wi-Fi / just cell service.
