I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the helping field for nearly 15 years. My career began in child welfare where I worked as an investigator for child protective services. I then transitioned into medical social work and finally arrived in the area of mental health where I have primarily served the Veteran population and my passion has continued to grow since 2011.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I believe like most individuals in the helping field, our personal experiences have created a path towards serving others and helping them overcome similar struggles or challenges. I know what it is like to feel afraid, stuck, wanting change but knowing how to achieve it.
How can you provide care remotely?
My practice is teletherapy based. You will only need a smart phone or computer with Wi-Fi and a camera. I know that confidentiality is important so, I am happy to offer you virtual sessions through a HIPAA compliant secure platform. Please give me a call for a free 15 minute consultation.
