About Tessa
I help people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation, including from the unique pressures that can come with being a professional, caregiver, or high-achieving individual. Together, we’ll work to better understand what your mind and body are communicating, build a greater sense of safety and emotional regulation, and gently address the experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Treatment is collaborative and tailored to you, with an emphasis on developing practical tools while creating space for deeper healing and self-understanding. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, connected to yourself, and better able to move through life with greater ease, resilience, and confidence.

What's your approach to ADHD, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to ADHD focuses on understanding how attention, emotions, nervous system regulation, and daily demands interact. Together, we’ll identify challenges and patterns that may be contributing to feeling overwhelmed or stuck, while developing practical strategies that fit your life and strengths. Progress may look like greater emotional regulation, improved focus and organization, increased self-understanding, and feeling more grounded, confident, and capable in daily life.
