About Tiffany

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of New Horizons Mental Health. I bring 10 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and residential mental health settings. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood concerns, sleep difficulties, and substance use. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take time to understand your experiences and goals, then work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. I want you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we explore what may help. Outside of my work, I’m an avid traveler and enjoy spending time with my family. These parts of my life help me appreciate the different experiences and perspectives each person brings to care.

Medication Management

How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?

Medication management begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we explore medication options that may be appropriate for your needs. I monitor your progress, discuss any side effects or concerns, and make adjustments when needed to support your well-being. My approach is collaborative, ensuring you feel informed and involved throughout your treatment journey.
Approaches · Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

How does cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) work, and what do sessions look like?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. During sessions, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and practice practical coping strategies. My goal is to help you build emotional resilience, manage symptoms, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
