I specialize in supporting young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My clients often face the pressures of school, work, or early career challenges, and may feel overwhelmed by stress, uncertainty, or the expectations they place on themselves. Many are seeking guidance in understanding their emotions, building practical coping strategies, and creating a more balanced approach to everyday life.
My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative. Therapy with me is about helping you better understand yourself while developing tools that actually make a difference in daily life. Together, we focus on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and cultivating healthier ways of responding to stress and overwhelming emotions. Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about building insight, skills, and confidence to navigate life in a healthier, more balanced way.
I offer early morning and evening appointments to accommodate busy schedules, making therapy accessible for clients balancing school, work, and daily responsibilities. A free 20-minute consultation is available to explore how we can work together.

How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I work with clients to better understand the sources of their anxiety and how it affects their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop practical coping strategies to manage stress more effectively. I help clients build emotional awareness, increase confidence in handling uncertainty, and learn skills to reduce overwhelm in everyday situations. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients can gain insight, develop resilience, and feel more empowered in managing anxiety both now and in the future.
How does dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) work and how can it help?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based approach that helps individuals better manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and respond to challenges in healthier ways. DBT focuses on four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. In our work together, I help clients learn practical tools to navigate difficult emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and build greater self-awareness. DBT can be especially helpful for individuals who feel overwhelmed by stress, struggle with emotional ups and downs, or want to develop healthier coping strategies and more balanced responses to life's challenges.
How do you work with clients with depression?
When working with clients experiencing depression, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances contributing to their struggles. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical strategies to improve mood, motivation, and daily functioning. I help clients build coping skills, reconnect with meaningful activities, strengthen self-compassion, and create achievable goals that foster progress over time. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique experiences and needs.
