Hello & Welcome! I enjoy supporting adolescent, children, young adult and adult ages experiencing a difficult time with their emotions impacted by daily life stressors, challenges in relationship(s)/communication, and/or difficulty adjusting to new/unexpected life situations. I am able to support both in-person and telehealth appointments.

My parents were immigrants to the United States as a result of a war torn country. My parents experienced trauma first hand, and growing up during a time where mental health was highly stigmatized and resources were far and few in-between, this set the stage for my journey towards my continued passion and development as a mental health therapist.
