I utilize an eclectic, holistic approach to individual counseling drawing from CBT, solution brief therapy, person centered and life coaching. I am Gottman certified for couples counseling. I have experience with adult ADHD, autism spectrum, life transitions, divorce recovery, career change and recovery from trauma. I offer Christian counseling, when requested.
