I find CBT very helpful for my clients and utilize this method along with mindfulness a lot.

Being able to help individuals, families, and couples become a better version of themselves.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
If you are skeptical about therapy try it first. Make sure you get a therapist that will allow you to express your concerns and answer questions that you may have. Therapy will only be beneficial if you are willing to put in the work. It is a partnership between you and your therapist.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
That I am a therapist that care about the well-being of my clients. I use a variety of modalities and techniques to help them be the best version of themselves.
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
All sessions are completed virtually on zoom.
