There is not a one size fits all as far as therapy so I will tailor my approach to fit your needs and what works to achieve your personal goals. You will work in a safe, no-judgement, supportive zone. Client rapport and relationship building is important to me and also leads to successful treatment. I will listen to you, support you, and be with you 100% of the way in your therapeutic journey.

I practice entirely over Telehealth which gives you the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely on your schedule. My schedule is also very flexible and I have appointments on weekends and evenings as well.

I work mostly with women; those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, finding a balance in their work/family/life, as well as helping with self-esteem issues. I welcome those who are willing to put forth the work to better themselves and come out feeling empowered and enabled to move forward after feeling lost or stuck.
