NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! True Life Change is an integrated mental health group of Professional Licensed Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, and Master Level Interns. We will connect you to one of our thoughtful, competent, compassionate providers who will create an individualized treatment plan with special consideration of psychological, social, physical, and environmental factors. Our goal is to help improve ones mental health, assist with achieving goals, and create overall wellness. Our counseling group provides individual and family therapy. We treat many mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Mood Instability, and ADHD. In addition, we assist with stress management, coping and problem-solving skills, social skills, self-esteem and self-control, familial relationships, confidence, and behavior management. True Life Change serves clients of all ages, races, genders, gender identities, religions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and socioeconomic status. We pride ourselves in providing mental health care that is culturally competent. True Life Change accepts children, adolescents, adults, and families. We strive to provide excellent care and ongoing support.
