I spent the last 14 years supporting survivors of sexual exploitation through advocacy and case management support. Eventually it was my desire to invest longer into the lives of my clients while expanding beyond my original specialization. I am passionate about offering support to those ready to invest in healing, self exploration and bonding toward authenticity. 

Safe and objective connection aligned with your goals is a powerful influence in the potential for healing. We can do little alone successfully when it comes to processing our history. To be invited into your own story with new eyes, is an incredible opportunity that I hope every person experiences at least once in their lives

I am invested in the long haul. I appreciate a wide variety of perspectives, and think that therapeutic work, although tense at times should include frames of creativity, play and humor at times. 

My approach is very conversational. My focus is to offer you space to be as authentically you as possible without having to hide or mask or perform. I have a saying in care, “I might suggest tools or exercises that you think, nope, that’s dumb”. Please if this happens, just speak up. You may not like every tool that I pull out of my toolbox. It’s my job to have others available should we need to switch things up. 🙂
