I provide mental health counseling from the comfort of your home for adults ages 18+. I accept various insurances and out of pocket payment. My approach is rooted in acceptance, gentleness, and genuine reflection. I have experience working with various challenges including depression, anxiety, neurodiversity/autism, ADHD, those going through life transitions, breakups, separation/divorce.
