Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by addressing mental health needs holistically. What motivates me to continue is seeing the positive impact that compassionate care can have on my patients' well-being and knowing that I am helping them achieve their wellness goals.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I want you to know that seeking help is a sign of strength. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way, at your own pace.
