Yasmeenah Grunden

Yasmeenah is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges related to self-esteem, parenting, anxiety, depression, and other conditions rooted in negative thought patterns. Using brief solutions-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Yasmeenah provides practical, evidence-based interventions to support her clients' journey toward mental well-being. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work from Albany State University and has 9 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults in the child welfare and mental health fields. Outside of her professional work, Yasmeenah enjoys volunteerism, traveling, reading, and music, passions that enrich her life and keep her connected to the world around her.
