What's your approach to anxiety, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to anxiety begins with understanding the individual rather than focusing only on symptoms. I work with clients to identify contributing factors, recognize patterns that may be maintaining anxiety, and develop practical strategies to improve emotional regulation and day-to-day functioning. Care is personalized and may include a combination of clinical support, education, coping strategies, and other appropriate treatment options.
Progress can mean feeling less overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, responding to stress with greater confidence, sleeping and functioning better, and becoming more engaged in relationships, work, and daily activities. The goal is not necessarily to eliminate every anxious feeling, but to help clients feel more in control and better equipped to manage life's challenges.

What's your approach to trauma and PTSD, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to trauma and PTSD is compassionate, patient-centered, and grounded in understanding how past experiences can affect emotional and mental well-being. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected while working together to identify symptoms, triggers, and patterns that may be affecting daily life. Treatment is individualized based on each person's needs, history, and goals.
Progress may look different for everyone, but often includes feeling more emotionally grounded, experiencing fewer or less intense symptoms, developing healthier coping strategies, improving sleep and relationships, and feeling more confident navigating everyday challenges. My goal is to help clients regain a greater sense of safety, stability, and control in their lives.
