I am a trauma therapist who loves to work with individuals who are the first to break generational cycles of trauma in their family. As a first gen therapist myself, I understand the complexities that come with wanting to set boundaries with family members in order to live a healthier, more balanced life. Many of my clients struggle with assertiveness, speaking up, and feelings stuck when wanting to move forward to the next steps in their towards their goals. I offer an individualized, tailored approach to my clients and their unique needs and utilize brainspotting to help them process the emotions and trauma that has kept them stuck for so long.
