Dr. Roque is a clinical psychologist licensed in Florida, and the Clinical Director at Counseling Associates of America. She has experience conducting psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Evaluations have been conducted for a variety of reasons including treatment formulation, bariatric surgery clearance, and intelligence and academic abilities. Dr. Roque also completes forensic psychological evaluations for 20th Judicial Circuit.
Dr. Roque earned her Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She earned her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Roque completed a clinical internship with the Broward Sherriff's Office, North Broward Bureau. Her work there included providing mental health services to inmates with psychiatric disorders, including group and individual therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments. She completed her residency at the Counseling Associates of America, where she continues to work today. Dr. Roque is fluent in English and Spanish, and able to provide services in both languages.
