As an AuDHD (i.e. someone who is autistic and also happens to have ADHD), I am honored to work with neurodivergent people who have difficulty developing nourishing relationships, honoring themselves, and finding acceptance. I see my clients learning to sit with uncomfortable feelings and sensations, noticing their bodies, unmet needs, and humanity. From this, there is a shift from rejection to acceptance and holding. The body is no longer something to be avoided, but a home for healing, growth, and nourishment.

As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am experienced in treating people with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma related disorders including PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance use, and personality disorders. I am passionate about providing an accepting environment where we work together to explore your values, preferences and goals. Options will be shared with you with risks/benefits, you are encouraged to ask questions and have a supportive person present if you choose this. Psychology is something I became interested in high school, but always had natural proclivity towards before I knew it had a name. I'm grateful that I've had the opportunity to turn this into meaningful work. I also enjoy running, hiking, skydiving, snorkeling, traveling and spending time with my friends and family. Brian Noonan is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority. He has over 14 years of experience providing mental health services, specializing in the treatment of Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Alcohol Use Disorders. He provides medication management and mindfulness meditation. He is the founder of SinclairMethod.org. He has been providing addiction services for over 15 years, including specializing in the Sinclair Method for the past five years. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Magna Cum Laude, completing an internship at the Vanderbilt Institute for the Treatment of Addictions (VITA). He specializes in mindfulness meditation and lived in a Zen monastery for six months in 2011. "Although I prescribe psychiatric medications such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, and ADHD medications, it does not mean that I believe medications will help everyone or solve all of your problems. After your initial evaluation, I will give you reliable information about whether a medication is likely to help, its potential risks, and the alternative treatments. I may strongly recommend a medication, suggest it as a possible option, or conclude that medication is not likely to help you at all. We will discuss your lifestyle, such as diet, exercise, alcohol/substance use, and stress-management strategies"

Additional certifications allow me to extend my clinical expertise for your mental health and family practice needs. As an alumnus of Purdue Global University and Rocky Mountain University, I have worked in multiple settings such as Retail Clinic, Psychiatry, home health, neurology, bariatrics/bariatric surgery, medical weight-loss and currently providing care to patients in multiple states mainly focusing on Psychiatric care such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and binge eating disorders.
