I believe in truly getting to know my patients and understanding their unique challenges. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic. I offer a variety of treatment options, including therapy, medication management, and natural, holistic approaches like nutritional support, stress management, and exercise counseling. I am a Clinical Social Worker who currently works with individuals across the various life spans including adults, seniors, and adolescence.  I specialize in anxiety, depression, interpersonal- trauma, cultural  assimilation issues, symptom management, women’s issues and racial trauma.  As a clinician and a professional social worker, I understand how societal and systemic issues impact us during our day to day activities. I feel that taking a diverse approach which draws from various modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness and C-DBT, is the best way to  help  people feel supported  in achieving their goals.  My ultimate goal as a clinician is to help people feel as if they are in a healthy environment where they are supported and feel empowered to achieve their goals.I look forward to working with you as you embark on things in life.
