What's your approach to men's issues, and what does progress look like for clients?
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where men can explore emotional challenges, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the pressures that come with personal or professional expectations. My approach recognizes that every individual's experiences are different, and I work collaboratively with clients to understand their concerns, identify personal strengths, and develop healthy ways to navigate life's challenges.
Progress looks different for everyone, but it may include greater emotional awareness, improved communication, healthier coping strategies, and increased confidence in handling difficult situations. My goal is to help clients build resilience, feel more comfortable expressing themselves, and develop practical tools that support their overall well-being and personal growth.
I believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and academic or performance-related pressures. I have a particular interest in supporting athletes who experience performance anxiety, perfectionism, and the pressure to succeed. I believe every person’s experiences are unique, and I meet clients with empathy, respect, and an appreciation for their individual strengths and goals.
