My areas of focus include relationship and communication concerns, emotional disconnection, betrayal and affair recovery, anxiety, self-worth, breakups, complicated family relationships, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and the challenges that come with becoming a parent.
I take a relational approach to therapy, which means we look at the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you respond to the people and situations in your life. Therapy isn’t about blaming yourself or someone else. It’s about understanding the cycle, making sense of your experience, and figuring out what needs to change.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start therapy. You just need a place where you can be honest about where you are and begin figuring out where you want to go.
