Hi! As a therapist for over 10 years, I've focused on supporting teens and adults feel stable, healthy, and healed. Life can be really challenging, with moments and experiences that make you feel anxious, depressed, and stuck. In therapy we'll work together to achieve the goals you have for yourself so you can live the life you want.

Hi i'm Sam (she/her), so great you are considering if I would be a good fit. I like to describe my approach as a counselor as a humanistic approach. I understand you'll bring who you are into the therapy space, as will I. This honors your unique story and allows for more authentic alignment towards goals that are most important to you. I primarily practice through the lense of mindfulness and self compassion, although I have specialized training in several areas associated with treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma, and Eating Disorders.
