I am an LMHC psychotherapist with almost two decades of experience. I work independently, primarily with adults and couples, while also working with children and adolescents. I am now offering couples intensives, which are one- to three-day focused psychotherapy sessions designed to give couples more time and space to work on their relationship in a shorter period of time.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, while also making space to understand the deeper patterns that can keep people stuck. I draw from several modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gottman-informed, systems-based, and existential therapies. Over the years, I have found that no single approach works for everyone, so I draw from my experience across different modalities to find what is most helpful for each client or couple. My goal is to help people better understand themselves and their relationships and make meaningful changes that last.
