Welcome. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Master of Public Health with over 18 years of healthcare experience. Throughout my career, I have provided compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, inpatient residential programs, and Veteran healthcare services. I am Coach Mell, the Happiness Coach. I provide counseling and coaching. I am also a Counselor Supervisor and I provide supervision for aspiring clinicians.  I work with children age 3 and up, adolescents and adults. I accept self pay and most insurance plans.
