I'm Andressa Little, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas, providing virtual therapy for teens and adults. My clinical experience includes inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and private practice.
I help people navigate anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment theory, CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand their patterns, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood without judgment and supported in exploring what isn't working. Together, we can move beyond simply understanding your struggles toward developing practical tools, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
I'm also bilingual in English and Portuguese and offer therapy in Portuguese to support Portuguese-speaking clients who want to explore their experiences in their preferred language.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in navigating your life and relationships.
