I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ready to help you through challenges you are facing and/or any events in your life that have left you confused, scared, sad or hurt. I offer a mindful, evidence based, trauma-aware perspective with a down-to-earth approach. I use EMDR, ACT and CBT as some of the modalities for treatment. I strive to create safe and non-judgmental space where you can show up and be your authentic self and heal. My goal is to give you tools you can use in your life, way after therapy is over and build on your innate resilience. I am fluent in Spanish & culturally sensitive. I believe in inclusion and respect. Areas of concern I work with are: Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Sexual Abuse, Depression & Domestic Violence. Accepting self-pay clients. (HSA/FSA cards accepted and can provide a super bill for insurance.)

I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders. I treat people with Trauma and Depression. I am EMDR trained and use ACT, DBT, and TF-CBT therapy. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.  I would be happy to talk with you to see if we are a right fit. 

I enjoy working with people who are going through shame. I believe that shame is something that is widely prevalent today, but due to the very nature of shame we are too fearful to talk about it or let it slip that we are struggling with who we are. I also have a passion working with people who are struggling in their relationships with their partners or spouses. I love doing couples counseling and helping to re-establish the love and trust that was once there.
