What's your approach to anxiety, and what does progress look like for clients?

My approach to anxiety is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. We’ll explore your symptoms, triggers, thought patterns, and life experiences, then create a plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies. Progress may look like fewer overwhelming thoughts, improved sleep, greater confidence, healthier responses to stress, and feeling more present and in control of your daily life.

What's your approach to ADHD, and what does progress look like for clients?

My approach to ADHD begins with a comprehensive intake evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, daily challenges, and goals. When appropriate, I may use psychometric testing to support diagnostic clarity. Treatment is personalized and may include ADHD coaching, practical strategies for organization and time management, and medication when clinically appropriate. Progress may look like improved focus, better follow-through, stronger routines, less overwhelm, and greater confidence managing daily responsibilities.
Medication Management

How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?

Medication management begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, and treatment goals. Using evidence-based practices, we’ll discuss appropriate options, expected benefits, potential side effects, and any questions you may have. If medication is appropriate, follow-up visits will monitor your response, address side effects, review relevant vital signs or laboratory results, and adjust treatment as needed. We make decisions collaboratively, with your safety, comfort, and overall well-being guiding each step.
About Me

For people hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them, and what advice would you give?

It’s completely normal to feel hesitant about starting therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Therapy is simply a space to begin where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable. My advice is to approach the first session as a conversation—not a commitment to have all the answers. Taking that first step can be difficult, but you deserve support, understanding, and the opportunity to feel better.
About Me

What should someone thinking about working with you know about you?

I want you to know that you are more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest, and I welcome your questions and feedback throughout the process. To me, progress is personal, and every patient’s win matters.
