Hello! I’m a Resident in Counseling specializing in sex therapy, relational healing, trauma recovery, and couples therapy. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, desire discrepancy, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, communication struggles, and relational trauma. I also support clients exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, ethical non-monogamy, and religious or spiritual trauma, including experiences with purity culture, spiritual abuse, faith-related sexual shame, and religious deconstruction.

I received my B.A. in Sociology from Norfolk State University and a Master's in Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice from Walden University. I specialize in treating youth and adolescents, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and women's issues. I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach to empower my clients to effect change in their lives. My approach to therapy is to empower individuals to achieve the goals they set for themselves. I support my clients by providing a safe and non-judgmental space to be seen and heard. I create an environment that is supportive and productive. My clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling motivated and also challenged to make effective changes.
