How can you provide care remotely?
Yes! Throughout the past two years, remote therapy has become less of an exception and more of the norm. Before, if the therapist or client was away on vacation or feeling ill, session would more than likely be canceled. However, with the remote therapy space, sessions are accessible from the comfort of your home, vacation space or office if needed. I have found that being able to schedule a session without the commuting time has given my clients more options for therapy.
You want to feel a sense of safety and security within your relationships. The basis of any intimate relationship is friendship. Whether you are with a partner and want to improve your intimacy or an individual looking to create a foundation for a positive relationship, I will help give you the tools and motivation to feel empowered in your life. Through compassion and understanding, you will discover the platform to reach your full potential and enrich your life. My approach is to be attentive to your story as a couple or individual and tailor our work together to meet your unique needs. Throughout my experience, I found that the healing process is not linear and specific to the individual or couple. Together, we will build the strength to take control of your life and grow within your emotional awareness. I provide a relational, direct approach which allows space to ask the difficult questions while creating a safe environment for curiosity. You can expect to feel the positive shift you have been looking for within your life with the tools and resiliency we will create together.
