How can you provide care remotely?
I provide care remotely by offering personalized consultations through telehealth platforms. During these sessions, I conduct comprehensive assessments, including in-depth questionnaires and hour-long visits where I listen to your story and health concerns. If necessary, I order both standard and specialized lab tests, which can be completed at local labs or using at-home test kits. Through remote care, I can guide you in making lifestyle changes, suggest supplements, and adjust your treatment plan to address mental health and functional medicine needs. Additionally, I provide ongoing support and medication management where applicable, all from the convenience of your home. Feel free to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to learn more!
With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, I am a dedicated Functional Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve their best health. I take a holistic approach to care, treating each client as a unique individual and using both functional and conventional testing to guide personalized treatment plans. My extensive training in functional medicine, family practice, and psychiatric care enables me to address a variety of health conditions and mental disorders. By examining your habits, medications, and health status, I focus on nutrition and lifestyle changes to optimize your well-being. While I do prescribe medications, I do not prescribe controlled substances or lithium. As a passionate healthcare provider, I am here to support you in your journey towards better health. Reach out for a free 15-minute discovery call today. *Specialties •Mental Health •Functional Medicine •Family Medicine •Nursing *Conditions treated •ADHD •PTSD •Bipolar disorders •Anxiety •Depression •Addiction •Eating disorders •Schizophrenia •Insomnia •Mood disorders •Panic attacks •Medication administration •Chronic fatigue •Digestive issues •Mental health •Detoxification •Inflammation •Metabolic dysfunction •Nutritional deficiencies •Sleep disorder •Stress •OCD *Practice description Here you will be heard.
