Couples Therapy
How do you work with clients with relationship issues?
I believe that every issue is a relationship issue, even if it's a relationship with yourself. Most people are motivated to finally come to therapy because of issues with relationships. I love working on the concept of love and finding a healthier, healed place for that to occur.
About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I was an artist but my hobby was psychology. I found art therapy (a perfect balance of the two) and continued my education to become one. Yoga and mindfulness became an essential part of my somatic work. I started a private practice in 2001.
About Me
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

About Me
How can you provide care remotely?
To be honest, it was quite a challenge to learn how to translate my therapeutic approach to remote, but I liked the challenge. My online sessions look very similar to in person as we still create art and do mindfulness techniques. I use a laptop to look at art while video chatting and being connected to you.
