I am a Licensed Social Worker and holistic mental health wellness psychotherapist practicing teletherapy in Colorado. I help adult individuals and couples live brighter, less stressed lives without feeling stuck in anxiety. My clients have struggled with stressful life changes despite being self-aware, hard-working, and high achieving--because life is complicated. My clients had been in therapy before, or were worried about trying it, and felt shame for the way they were struggling. Together, we created a safe space so they could reconnect with themselves and build resilience to live freer and brighter.
