Life feels easier and more enjoyable when we have support and a safe space to process what we are experiencing. I strive to create that space and be that supportive person in your life so you can do more than just survive another day.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I had a great experience with my own therapist and it helped me to have someone to talk to and process my emotions. I wanted to provide that same space for others and be that supportive person in their life.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
We can move as slow or as fast as you would like! It takes time to get comfortable and you are in charge of how you want the process to go.
