Hi there, I'm a play therapist who uses art, sandtray, pretend play, and board games to help kids and teens cope with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, family conflict and trauma. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially for kids. That's why I make it my goal to create a safe and fun space where kids can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe that play is a powerful way to heal, and I use it to help kids explore their emotions, learn new coping skills, and build self-confidence. Currently in my final year in the marriage and family therapy graduate program at Kutztown University. I am completing my internship with Center Street Center. At Center Street Center, we specialize in mediation and custody evaluations. I hold a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology.

I have experience working with adolescents in the school based setting and have experience helping clients address challenges with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergence, people pleasing, perfectionism, and women’s issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative, pulling from modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, existentialism, and person centered. I love to implement creativity, humour, and authenticity into the therapy space in hopes that it can soften the anxiety and apprehension that many individuals may face when it comes to therapy.
