Hi there, I'm a play therapist who uses art, sandtray, pretend play, and board games to help kids and teens cope with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, family conflict and trauma. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially for kids. That's why I make it my goal to create a safe and fun space where kids can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe that play is a powerful way to heal, and I use it to help kids explore their emotions, learn new coping skills, and build self-confidence.
