Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
To help others and continue to give back to families and individuals in need. Mental health is a huge part of every individual's life and should never be taken lightly. I hope to make a difference in individual's lives and allow others to see the beauty in life.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
We are more nervous about the "what ifs," but what if the "what if" is the most amazing step you will take this far.
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
A typical session is 50 minutes long where I utilize a range of techniques and theories to best suit your needs.
