About Eva
Hi! Welcome! I truly believe that our work together is designed to help you breathe easier, find balance, and move forward with a sense of grounded calm. Here, you’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered to nurture your inner world in ways that create lasting change. Your story matters, and your healing deserves a gentle, safe place to unfold. Let’s grow with intention—one step, one step at a time.
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because my father was an LCSW and I grew up volunteering at an AIDS hospice where I learned that there is so much beauty in being compassionate. I work hard in my practice to meet people where they are at and work together to find a healing connection. I see all the injustices in the world and that inspires me to keep trying to help people.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I always say therapy is like going to the gym. You need to move your body to maintain health... just like the gym you need therapy to continue to maintain mental health and learn how to meet your needs.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I take this seriously. If I make a commitment to you as a therapist, I will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best possible treatment. I work with you to create goals and a direction for us to work towards together.
What do therapy sessions with you look like?
I spend the first few sessions working with you to form a solid working relationship. At the third session we will create goals and a treatment plan, have a really solid idea of what shape the work we do together will look like.
Why is trauma processing important?
I use a variety of approaches to support in trauma processing. Processing helps experiences and traumas that are stuck in the nervous system move through in order to help the healing process.
