About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I myself have struggled with major depressive disorder and know what it is like to feel alone in the journey. I became a therapist to be a guiding support for others during their time of need.
About Me
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I always suggest to give it a try! It never hurts to try at least one session and see where it takes you. Sometimes a therapist may not be a good fit and you have to meet with a few before you feel fully comfortable.
About Me
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am a kind compassionate person. I've been through my own struggles and can understand what it is like to struggle.
About Me
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
I always try to have my sessions be conversation based, I never like to have just one person do all the talking. We will work together to find what feels right for you.
