Welcome! I am a Nature-Based therapist and love working with clients primarily from ages 4-17. Your child or teen may be struggling to cope with strong feelings of anxiety and stress, or may be struggling with significant life changes like divorce or the loss of a loved one. I believe in developing safe and connected relationships with every client I work with through play, art, nature and talk therapy.
