Hello! I'm so glad you found me! I am a seasoned counselor specializing in complex trauma - I generally see clients that are seeking treatment to address ongoing issues related to traumatic or chronically stressful experiences but I also work with individuals that are in need of support for depression, anxiety, and management of the stress that comes with living life day-to-day. I believe that there is no one blueprint for wellness and the experience of therapy should reflect that. Counseling should not be a rigid process - it can be silly, structured, serious, or something different every time. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver and have been working in counseling and human service positions since 2012. My specialties include complex trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I also have experience with depression, OCD, career counseling, mindfulness, and parental coaching. Seeking counseling is an incredibly brave act: we live in a high pressure world that often makes it hard to ask for the help that we need and deserve to receive.
