Jennifer Ozomaro

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, where I run my private practice, Seeds of Growth Counseling. Life can feel chaotic at times. You can feel overwhelmed and stuck. I provide support to navigate life’s transitions and get you unstuck.  I have experience working with various individuals helping them meet their needs in therapy. Some of my specialties include coping with depression and anxiety, understanding complex traumas, challenging negative thinking, relationship distress, and mindfulness.
