For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I want to validate people going through the therapy search. It is tough. I come from a relational approach where I can laugh at myself, and also with you, as we process and dive through the things you want to work on in therapy.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I like to use different therapy approaches with clients as I don't believe there is a "one size fits all" therapy type. I use EMDR, mindfulness, and energy pyschology in a lot of my work. I use humor and always meet clients where they are at.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
When I first meet with a client we spend 1-2 sessions completing an intake form so I can get a historical background. From there, I create a draft treatment plan and work collaboratively with the client to finalize it. This helps inform the blueprint of what therapy will look like.
