As a counselor, I work with individuals coping with various concerns related to neurodiversity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD/ complex trauma, caregiver concerns, relationship issues, parenting struggles, communication skills, and general life dissatisfaction. I use a trauma informed approach to therapy which combines client focused therapy, psychodynamic applications, play therapy, and EMDR.
