About Mandy
Welcome! I’m Mandy, founder/clinician at Solstice Integrative Psychiatry. I believe that true mental wellness goes beyond symptom management—it requires looking at the whole person, including your mind, body, and unique life story. My approach blends clinical expertise with thoughtful, compassionate care to help you find clarity, emotional balance, and sustainable well-being. Whether we are building a personalized treatment plan or working together on medication management, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard. Outside of practice, I enjoy spending my time on the sidelines cheering on my 2 favorite soccer players, going camping, snuggling with my dog, and volunteering with Scouting America.

Medication Management
How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?
Medication management is a collaborative process designed around your individual needs, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. We begin by discussing what you are experiencing, your current medications if applicable, relevant health and treatment history, and what you hope to achieve through care. From there, we can determine whether medication may be appropriate and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up visits allow us to monitor your response, discuss benefits or concerns, and make adjustments when needed. I believe medication management should be thoughtful and individualized, with open communication throughout the process so you feel informed, supported, and comfortable with your care.

What's your approach to anxiety, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to anxiety begins with understanding the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the factors contributing to anxiety, including life experiences, stress, emotional patterns, and overall well-being. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include supportive strategies, lifestyle considerations, and medication management when appropriate.
Progress can look different for everyone. For some, it may mean feeling less overwhelmed or experiencing fewer physical symptoms. For others, it may mean greater emotional balance, improved confidence, better sleep, or feeling more able to navigate everyday challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control of your life.
