Welcome! I’m Mandy, founder/clinician at Solstice Integrative Psychiatry. I believe that true mental wellness goes beyond symptom management—it requires looking at the whole person, including your mind, body, and unique life story. My approach blends clinical expertise with thoughtful, compassionate care to help you find clarity, emotional balance, and sustainable well-being. Whether we are building a personalized treatment plan or working together on medication management, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard. Outside of practice, I enjoy spending my time on the sidelines cheering on my 2 favorite soccer players, going camping, snuggling with my dog, and volunteering with Scouting America.

I’m a Clinical Therapist at Health and Healing Therapy and I work with teens and adults 18 – 30 years old who are working through various wanted and unwanted transitions, changes, and challenges of life. I am grateful for the opportunity to help assist and support people as they are going through some of the most painful, unknown, and difficult times of their lives.

With a comprehensive approach, I support adults and children through their unique journeys toward mental wellness. I’m passionate about helping people begin to understand themselves, face what’s been holding them down, and develop new skills and resources while creating new paths forward. Witnessing people in therapy recognize their strengths, develop self acceptance, understand what is most important to them, and show self compassion to themselves is the best part about being a therapist and one I am grateful for.
