Hello and welcome! I'm Rachel Phelps, a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor in PA. With a compassionate approach to therapy, I offer outpatient mental health services tailored to your unique journey towards wellness. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a supportive space to grow and heal. Since May 2023, I've been empowering individuals through platforms like Grow Therapy, Better Help, Headway, and Talkspace, ensuring flexible access to care. In June 2023, I opened my own private practice, I am Here LLC. My experience extends to providing intensive in-home family therapy for children at risk, nurturing their emotional well-being right where they need it most. My educational background includes a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from Walden University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. But beyond degrees, my passion lies in connecting with you on a human level—listening intently, understanding deeply, and guiding effectively. Whether it's navigating life's challenges individually or together with family, my goal is to equip you with the tools for lasting change.
