We are a Complex Trauma psychotherapy group. We specialize in treating Complex PTSD, Anxiety and Depression using strategies that work! We utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory for Trauma, Internal Family Systems,DNMS, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. We love treating trauma at their core. We don't believe that talk therapy works and so we include the body and the central nervous system in our treatments. We also work with dissociation. We love what we do!

About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I am a childhood trauma survivor! I have been there myself and while I have been on a journey of recovery I have also gathered strategies for effectively resolving my own suffering. I have been in the business of psychotherapy since I was 8 years old. I now have a team of amazing clinicians whom I mentor and teach all the techniques I have learned to help our clients achieve a sense of resolution. We support healing!
