Since that time, I have done Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, Hilton Head Metabolism Diet, Slimfast, Cabbage Soup diet, starved myself, and on and on. I nearly died taking the Phen-Fen combination of meds years ago after only 1 month. I have done Belviq, Contrave, Qsymia, Saxenda, Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass and regained my weight. The struggle is real for me too. With years of experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, I've worked with various clinics and healthcare providers to support adults and seniors in their health journeys. At Weekend Health and Achieve Medical Weight Loss Clinic, I focus on providing personalized weight loss plans, prescribing necessary medications, and closely monitoring patients' progress to ensure they meet their goals.
